Alongside our existing bespoke coaching and consultancy that we provide to Agencies, we provide a series of 4 workshops (both half day and full day options), which we can offer face to face or online.

Alongside the workshop offerings, in September ’22 we are starting to offer a downloadable video version of the core elements of each of the 4 topics above; and we’ll be releasing these on the Alliance of Independent Agencies website bi-monthly.
